NG Media is a creative agency based in Dublin, Ireland. We are responsible for the personal data collected through this website. You can contact us at noamgonen6@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you use our contact form, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, email address, phone number, business name, the services you are interested in and your message.

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.

Why we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to provide our services. Our legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.

We never sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who else handles it

Form messages are delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit. The website is hosted by Vercel, and fonts and scripts are loaded from Google Fonts and jsDelivr. These providers may process your IP address to deliver the website, under their own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your request, and no longer than 24 months unless you become a client. Client records are kept as long as the law requires.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or ask us to limit its use. Email noamgonen6@gmail.com and we will reply within one month.

You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland (dataprotection.ie).

Browser storage

If you preview a colour option, your browser remembers that choice in local storage. It stays on your device and is never sent to us.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
